Not only did the staff go above and beyond to help me find my misplaced car keys promptly, but they did so with a level of professionalism and care that truly set them apart. The heating in the room was perfect, ensuring a cozy and comfortable stay even in the midst of the Carpathian chill. The spacious terrace offered breathtaking views that truly enhanced my experience, making it a stay I will never forget. Bianca Hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I cannot recommend it highly enough for a memorable and comfortable mountain retreat.
